Annual Meeting Notice

The BBPOA annual meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturday, August 2. at the East Lake Buchanan Community Center. For more information, please read the BBPOA ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE 2025 and the Agenda on the Private page. 

There will be a Potluck luncheon.  Enjoy.

The Board of Directors meeting is open to all members of BBPOA. The next meeting will be Friday, August 1st, 2025. Meeting documents are posted on our Private Web Page.

Get approval before you start any new project (building or making improvements, including fences, etc.). Contact the Architectural Committee Chairman 

Any Owner may rent any lot and the improvements thereon for single family residential purposes provided that the leases are for a term of no less than 90 consecutive days.

The zebra mussels are in Lake Buchannan. Make sure you wear water shoes and gloves if swimming or wading around the water. Take care so you don’t get any serious cuts to your feet, legs, or hands. More information regarding zebra mussels is available below.

Oak wilt is in our neighborhood and spreading. It is primarily in unit 1 right now, but will continue to spread. 

  The Central Texas Water Coalition (CTWC) is a nonprofit organization advocating for policies that will preserve the Highland Lakes as irreplaceable natural resources that supply water for Central Texas’ 2 million residents and provide an important regional economic engine for the state of Texas.
